Offer details

Qantas Wellbeing rewards everyday activities such as walking, running, cycling, swimming and sleep challenges with Qantas Points. New users can enter referral code sunteo4 when logging in to the app for the first time, then complete their first eligible challenge to qualify for the referral offer shown in the app. Qantas currently advertises 150 Qantas Points for an eligible referral and allows an inviter to earn the reward for up to 20 friends. New members can also earn up to 1,000 Qantas Points during the 28-day trial; earning continues afterwards at a reduced base rate. Qantas Insurance customers and some other eligible Qantas product holders may receive higher earn rates.

Eligibility and steps

You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, be at least 13 years old and install the latest Qantas Wellbeing app. On your first login, expand the optional Referral Code field and enter sunteo4 before continuing; the code may not be available after the first login. Link a compatible phone, fitness app or wearable where required, select a challenge and complete it according to the conditions shown in the app. Activity rewards and referral offers can change, so confirm that the 150-point offer appears before relying on it. Qantas says earned activity points are ordinarily credited within six weeks. Using the program involves Qantas collecting activity and health or wellbeing information from the app or linked tracking device. Review the privacy settings and permissions before linking a wearable. The program is not medical advice; consult a health professional before changing exercise or diet if you have a relevant condition.
