CheapyOZ does not sell the products listed on this site and is not a party to transactions with external retailers. Returns, warranties, delivery, billing and product support are governed by the retailer’s terms and applicable Australian consumer law.

Community referrals

You may submit only a referral code or link that belongs to you and uses the provider’s official domain. Information must be accurate and must not conceal eligibility conditions, minimum spending or expiry dates. Each member may have one pending or approved referral per provider. Submissions are reviewed before publication, may be rejected without publication and may be removed if they expire, breach provider rules or attract credible reports. CheapyOZ may rotate approved community referrals and does not guarantee impressions, clicks or rewards.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit duplicate or misleading referrals, evade submission limits, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service. Accounts associated with spam, unsafe links or repeated abuse may be blocked from further submissions.

Intellectual property

CheapyOZ branding and original site content belong to CheapyOZ. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and deal reporting.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CheapyOZ is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on outdated information, retailer conduct, third-party websites or interrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as CheapyOZ develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the date shown below.
